The getting-ready rooms are located on the second floor, just steps away from each other, allowing for easy coordination. The ceremony takes place in front of the house, offering a picturesque setting, while the reception unfolds in the charming outdoor space at the back, complete with a dance floor inside.

Casa Feliz is owned by the city of Winter Park, but the venue is managed by the renowned Arthur’s Catering, the exclusive caterer allowed on the property. Arthur’s reputation for culinary excellence ensures that your guests will be treated to an unforgettable dining experience. For a touch of whimsy, a small bar can be set up in the cozy courtyard at the center of the building, adding to the intimate and inviting atmosphere.
However, it’s important to note that Casa Feliz has a strict timeline due to city regulations. Wedding receptions at Casa Feliz typically end by 10:00 PM, as the contract requires all guests to depart by 10:30 PM. This ensures that your celebration runs smoothly and adheres to the venue’s guidelines.

As a museum, Casa Feliz upholds certain policies to preserve its historical integrity. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, and sparklers cannot be used for grand exits. Instead, many couples opt for lavender buds or bubbles, which create a beautiful and eco-friendly send-off.
The front of Casa Feliz faces west, meaning that the sun might be shining directly on you during the ceremony. To avoid this, we recommend considering a winter wedding date when the lighting is softer. From October through April, rates range from $2,550 to $4,550, while from May through September, rates are between $2,000 and $2,750. Additional hours can be arranged at $150 per hour. The rental package includes 3 hours of setup time, 4.5 hours of event time, and 1 hour of cleanup time.
